Douglas Laboratories ships daily via our preferred carrier, UPS. Delivery can be expected within 1-2 days of shipping from our facilities. All orders are shipped the same day when placed before 4:00 PM EST. Free shipping applies on orders over $300. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Orders are prepaid with a credit card. Mastercard®, VISA® and American Express® are all welcome.
Automated Electronic Notifications
Upon providing Douglas Laboratories with your e-mail address, you are able to receive order receipt acknowledgements, shipping notifications with tracking information and electronic invoices.
In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that the customer notify Douglas Laboratories and request a return goods’ authorization number within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Products can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase unless marked or defaced. All returns are subject to a 25% return processing fee and cost of return shipping. Returns may only be made on Douglas Laboratories labelled products; no returns will be accepted on private or custom labelled products, custom formulas or custom convenience packs. Probiotic products are not accepted for return.
