Every effort is made to simplify and streamline the ordering process for our customers. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff of Nutritional Account Managers and Customer Service Professionals are available to answer any questions and to assist you with your orders. Our in-house Doctor's are also available to answer any questions you might have.

SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION

• FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOUGLAS BRANDED PRODUCT ORDERS OVER $350.00!

PAYMENT TERMS:

First-time orders are prepaid with a credit card. MasterCard, VISA, and American Express all are welcome. Credit Terms Available to qualified applicants.

AUTOMATIC E-MAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Should you choose to provide us with your e-mail address, you will receive automatic order acknowledgements and shipment notifications with tracking numbers via e-mail.

RETURN POLICY:

Douglas Laboratories' Return Policy has been updated to ensure compliance as detailed below:

In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that the customer notify Douglas Laboratories and request a return good authorization number within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Upon approval, returns must be shipped to our facility within 48 hours. All returns are subject to a 25% return processing fee and cost of return shipping.  Returns may only be made on house label products (XL); no returns will be accepted on private or custom labeled products, custom formulas or custom convenience packs.

CREDIT TERMS:

Credit terms of 30 days may be established upon approval by completing our credit application. First-time orders are prepaid with a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, and American Express are all welcome). Allow two to three weeks for credit approval with allowance for possible delays when checking references.
